Each summer, Ascension Dance leads a training day with my Cougar Stars managers, and it has become one of the most valuable parts of our leadership development. The sessions are professional, inspiring, and completely tailored to our team’s needs. My managers leave more confident in their leadership skills, better equipped to communicate, and energized for the year ahead. Ryan, our A.I.M.
