Manage responsibilities that keep your program running smoothly

At A.I.M. Camp, we help your managers understand their value, sharpen their skills, and take ownership of their role in your program's success.

Our Purpose

Because great teams need strong support systems.

This camp is tailored specifically for team and district managers who work behind the scenes but make a front-and-center impact.

Our curriculum is designed to equip them with practical systems, motivational insight, and real leadership tools.

Why A.I.M.?

Our Value

We train your managers to become:

Organized and detail-oriented planners
Confident and communicative team contributors
Reliable assistants who understand the bigger picture

Whether you're scheduling a private session for your own program or planning a district-wide experience, A.I.M. Camp meets your managers where they are and helps them lead with purpose.

Each summer, Ascension Dance leads a training day with my Cougar Stars managers, and it has become one of the most valuable parts of our leadership development. The sessions are professional, inspiring, and completely tailored to our team’s needs. My managers leave more confident in their leadership skills, better equipped to communicate, and energized for the year ahead. Ryan, our A.I.M. Staff representative truly understands how to connect with dancers and build strong, motivated leaders. I can’t recommend this program enough!

By design, a SPECTRUM is made by a variation of wave lengths and colors...much like an Officer Line and Team. Just as light is reflected off a mirror, we should reflect the example of COHESION and UNITY to our team!

This summer, step into the SPECTRUM—an artistic experience intentionally designed to challenge dancers to reflect the confidence, discipline, positivity, and resilience that fosters an environment rooted in excellence and unity. Celebrate and harness what each member uniquely brings to the table so that you may stand together and serve others well!

Train with purpose. Lead by example. Reflect the standard.
