A 2.5-day Camp Experience for Dance and Social Officers to Elevate Morale, Sharpen Technical Skills and BOND your Officer Line! LEAD WITH PURPOSE, HEART and a SPIRIT of UNITY! To have great dancers is fine, but to have GREAT LEADERS is the GOAL!
"As the leader of my program, I was in search of a camp atmosphere which incorporated integrity, accountability, and grit. Ascension Dance offered these qualities at their LEAD SUMMIT and more. The staff members and Debbie could always be seen greeting the Directors and campers throughout the day. I truly appreciated the attention to detail when Director feedback was given. As a Director, I was able to focus on coaching my students to prepare for the year instead of coaching them to excel in a single evaluation.
